Is there a ready-made video door entry kit for 5 flats?
On this site the parts are sold separately: entrance panel, modules, power supply and 5 indoor units, one for each flat. So the system is built exactly for 5 flats, with the model each one wants.
Does it work with 2 wires?
Yes. The Comelit BUS system needs only 2 wires in good condition from the existing installation, so replacing an old door phone in the 5 flats does not require new wiring.
Can I add a flat later?
On ULTRA the push-button module for 5 flats has 1 double and 3 single buttons and with double buttons it reaches up to 8 calls, while the frames hold 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 modules. On ULTRA TOUCH calls are made from the touch screen, with virtual buttons or a numeric keypad. QUADRA, which goes up to 4 calls, is not enough for 5 flats.
What is needed if the building has a second entrance?
In buildings with more than one entrance there is an entrance panel at each entrance, together with the audio/video switcher for 2-wire BUS systems, which is powered by the BUS line.
Can a flat have a simple audio door phone?
Yes. In the Comelit mixed system one of the 5 flats can, for example, have an audio door phone and the others a video monitor.
What does the cost depend on?
